Benefits of Cinamon Hydrating Hair Spray
This hair spray has the following benefits: –
🌺 It improves blood circulation to the scalp, helping to stimulate growth.
🌺 Reduces scalp inflammation as it has natural anti-inflammatory properties.
🌺 Helps to limit/ prevent dandruff & other scalp infections due to its anti-bacterial properties.

Ingredients
• 2 – 3 cinnamon sticks
• X2 cups of water
• Optional: X1 tablespoon of tea tree oil
Preparation
1. Bring the water to boil in a pot and then add the cinnamon to the boiling water.
2. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.
3. Strain the mixture and transfer the cinnamon rinse to a clean spray bottle for use.
Your hair rinse is ready for use.
Application
1. Spray onto hair generously, after shampooing & washing it. Make sure that it is evenly distributed.
2. Gently massage your scalp for a few minutes to make sure that your whole head gets the mixture.
3. Leave the rinse on for 5 – 7 minutes and then rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Style as desired.
Storage
It is recommended that you only make a batch needed for a once off treatment.
Store any excess mixture in the fridge and use within 5 days.

You can substitute the cinnamon sticks with cinnamon powder. You can use 2 tablespoons instead of the 2 – 3 sticks.
