The New Year is Here

…and it is time to move from being a dreamer to being a doer. The huge, luscious Afro on your Vision Board is just a small step towards achieving your goal. The work begins with good hair practices and nutrition. 

As usual, we have planned our quarterly hair challenge / regime plan running from 1 January 2026 – 31 March 2026– no fuss, with healthy scalp nourishment and lots of hydration for your strands.

But wait, as always, there’s more! This quarter, these are the rules: –

💪 Protective style responsibly for at least X2 months;

💪 Eat Iron-rich foods to support your hair growth, especially our natural hair girlies who are struggling with low iron anaemia and/or vitamin D deficiency;

💪 Get your vitamin D on point by scheduling some midday sun – especially for our busy girlies who are indoors too long.
