Honey for Natural Hair
Honey is a natural humectant, meaning it attracts and draws moisture from the air. This makes it an excellent choice for hydrating natural hair, particularly afro-textured hair, which tends to be dry.
Honey is thus a powerful tool to help care for afro-textured hair.
Benefits of Honey for Hair
When used in a deep conditioning treatment, honey significantly enhances the hair’s ability to absorb and retain moisture- thus promoting softness, manageability, and overall hair health.
