Benefits for Hair Growth
Rosemary, Fenugreek and Hibiscus hair spray has the following benefits for hair growth: –
🌺 Rosemary promotes hair growth, by stimulating the scalp, thus delivering nutrients and oxygen to the hair follicles;
🌺 Hibiscus has hydrating properties and helps to keep hair strands hydrated for longer; and
🌺 Fenugreek helps to strengthen hair, preventing / minimising hair loss.
Ingredients
🌺 X3 sprigs of Rosemary
🌺 X2 spoons of Fenugreek seeds
🌺 X1 spoon of dried hibiscus leaves
🌺 500ml of water
🌺 Optional: Peppermint oil
For longer or shorter hair, you can double (halve) the ingredients accordingly.
Method
1. Add water to a pan and bring it to a boil.
2. Add the cloves, rosemary & hibiscus leaves to the mixture.
3. Let it simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
4. Let it cool down completely before transferring to a spray bottle.
It is now ready for use.

Application
1. Spray it on your scalp generously and then massage into hair for at least 5 minutes.
2. Follow up with a scalp oil of your choice and then massage your scalp for a further 5 minutes.
You do not have to wash it out and you can leave it in.
Recommended Use
For optimal results, apply daily to hair consistently, for 3 – 6 months. You can also use it in the following ways: –
🌺 As a hair rinse;
🌺 In your LOC/LCO treatment;
🌺 As a Hair mask and
🌺 In Pre-poo and deep conditioning treatments.
Storage
Store any extra spritz in the fridge (max 2 weeks) for re-use. If you have made large batches, you can freeze and re-use, as and when needed.
Allergens
Use with caution if you are allergic to herbs – you can do a test patch on your skin before use.

You can add mint leaves to the hair spray mixture.
Also, use a dark bottle to protect the liquid from light exposure (ultraviolet radiation), which can degrade the mixture – making it less potent and effective.
