Benefits of Ginger & Coconut Spray for Hair Growth
Ginger and Coconut hair spray has the following benefits for hair growth: –
🌺 Ginger promotes hair growth. This it does by stimulating the scalp by improving blood circulation, thus delivering nutrients and oxygen to the hair follicles;
🌺 It is a natural antioxidant that helps with scalp health, reducing dandruff and itchiness;
🌺 Ginger limits shedding and hair loss and has been known to delay greying.

Method
Ingredients
🌺 X2 Ginger root
🌺 X2 spoons of coconut oil
🌺 300ml of water
🌺 Optional: Peppermint oil
Method
- Grate the ginger into fine pieces and put into a glass bowl.
- Boil X2 cups of hot water and add to the ginger.
- Add X2 tablespoons of coconut oil to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
- Sieve the mixture and then store the ginger and coconut hair spray in an applicator.
It is now ready for use.
Application
1. Apply generously to scalp ONLY, and then massage into scalp for at least 5 minutes. (Make sure to shake to mix before use).
2. Cover your hair with a shower cap and let it sit for 30 minutes.
3. Rinse off with lukewarm water and then follow up with your normal shampoo routine.
Recommended Use
For optimal results, apply to hair once a week, consistently, for 6 – 9 months.
You can also use it in the following ways: –

Storage
Store any extra in the fridge (max 2 weeks) for re-use. If you have made large batches, you can freeze and use, as and when needed.
Allergens
Make sure you do a test patch on your skin before using.

You can also add 3 – 4 drops of peppermint oil to your mixture for added strength. Plus, if your hair does not agree with coconut oil, you can replace with almond or castor oil.
Rules of the Spray
