Benefits of Egg and Yoghurt Hair Mask
This mask has the following benefits:-
🌺 It strengthens the hair strands.
🌺 It gives hair a visibly shiny & sleek sheen.
🌺 It softens hair and is a great hair repair mask.
Ingredients
• X1 Egg
• X2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
• X1/2 glass of water
You can halve / double the ingredients depending on the length of your hair.
Preparation
1. Mix half a glass of water with egg yolk (with some egg white) and mix thoroughly until you get a slightly watery consistency.
2. Add X2 tablespoons of yoghurt to this and mix well.
The mask is ready for use.
Application
1. Apply the mask generously down the shaft of your hair, coating evenly.
2. Keep the mask on your hair for 20 minutes and then rinse off thoroughly.
3. Make sure that you use cold water to rinse your hair to avoid cooking the eggs.
4. Shampoo your hair with a mild shampoo to clarify your scalp and get rid of any build-up left from the mask.

Storage
It is recommended that you only make a batch needed for a once off treatment.
However, if you can store any leftover mask in the freezer for use on day required.

Alternatively, you can add a teaspoon of olive oil to the mixture.
